Cippenham Lunch and Leisure Centre offers meals, varied activities and
exercise classes for people of 50 and over.
Range of services for people aged 50 and over, from Slough and the surrounding area. Cafe and drop-in centre.
Range of information, advice and support services, including Befriending Scheme for Bucks residents.
Support group for anyone with a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s or Dementia, and their carers. Runs alongside “Memory Book” – an information group which meets to share memories of family history, the local area, and times gone by. Both groups are run by “The Well @ Lent Rise”

Social get together for older people with coffee and lunch.
Regular Sunday afternoon tea parties in the Burnham area for people aged 75 or over who are living with little or no social support.
Informal club that meets for a soup and sandwich lunch and a chat.
