Yoga with Palka
Hatha and Vinyassa yoga class, suitable for beginners to more experienced students, with options given for all levels.
The class includes breathing exercises (pranayama), variation of flowing yoga postures (asanas), and a deep relaxation and/or meditation (shavasana).
Pregnant and older students welcome.
Yoga teacher Palka, comes from the Indian tradition, and Yoga
has been an integral part of her upbringing.
